Linda Evangelista made a rare appearance in New York City this week after having lived in seclusion for the last five years since her failed cosmetic procedure.
The Canadian supermodel was born on 10 May 1965 in St. Catharines, Ontario, where she started modelling during her teenage years.
Evangelista was known as part of the five supermodels of the late ’80s and early ’90s alongside Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford and Tatjana Patitz.
Their fame was considered above those of actresses and singers of that era.
