What is Louis Tomlinson's net worth in 2022?

The One Direction star launched a solo career, but how successful has he been?

Louis Tomlinson was part of one of the biggest boy bands in the world in One Direction, so it’s safe to assume he’s got some spare change kicking about.

Louis is still performing as a solo act after the band called it quits, but how successful has he been?

What is Louis Tomlinson's net worth?

It’s reported that Louis Tomlinson has a whopping $70 million (£60.9 million). The lion’s share of that came from his time in One Direction, but he has continued to make music since.

Before he joined the band, Louis had fancied himself as an actor and had minor roles in TV shows such as Fat Friends, If I Had You and Waterloo Road. Fortunately, music came along and auditioning at the X Factor changed his life.

The band were put together and went on to release five studio albums, selling more than 20 million copies worldwide.

Reports said the group earned $75 million between June 2013 and June 2014 alone, and between 2014 and 2015 that rocketed to $130 million.

Next, their Where We Are tour raked in $282 million, the second highest taking for a group.

Tomlinson has released several solo singles including Back To You with Bebe Rexha in 2017 and later that year it was Just Like You. His debut solo album, Walls, reached number 4 in the UK albums chart.

In October 2016, Louis paid a huge $7.3 million for Hollywood mansion. He later sold it at a loss for $6.4 million in 2020, but also owns a home in London.

He has a taste for expensive cars too, and owns a Porsche Boxster and an Aston Martin amongst others.

He also has 18.5 million Instagram followers and 36 million Twitter followers.
