Ticketmaster has issued an urgent warning for Ariana Grande fans, as the countdown to The Eternal Sunshine Tour general sale begins.
In case you missed it, the American songstress is coming to the UK in August 2026 for five huge show dates at London's O2 Arena.
As fans will know, it's Grande's first tour in six years, as she took a brief break from music to focus on acting. It's proven worthwhile too, as the singer recently starred as Glinda in blockbuster hit Wicked with the second half Wicked: For Good, set to grace the silver screen soon.

With tickets for the upcoming tour sure to be in high demand, Ticketmaster has issued an urgent warning ahead of general sale (Friday, September 18). According to the ticketing site: 'A max of six tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of six will be cancelled.'
On Reddit, fans discussed the other rules Ticketmaster has put in place, such as 'tickets should not be purchased with the intention of reselling them'.
"I wonder if they added these notes to prevent scalpers or if they always add them in their site. This is the first time I’ve seen something like that."
Another agreed, "I think so tbh! I've never seen this on other events and they’ve recently been added - I reckon it's because they have seen how high demand it is and know people will be a**holes trying to buy loads, because they have money to then resell them at ridiculous prices."
A third added: "I hope so too! I really want everyone whose been [a fan of hers for a long time] to be able to go to this, but I know everyone cannot. I want people to have the best chance, her team will do their best, and the ticketing places I’m sure. They know what this means to us, I hope!"

Ariana Grande fans, tickets for the Eternal Sunshine Tour will go on general sale on Thursday, September 18 at 10am via Live Nation, AXS, and Ticketmaster.
For those of you who simply can't wait that long, artist presale will kick off on Tuesday, September 16 at 10am. To get involved, you must sign up on the official site here by 7pm (BST) on Sunday, September 7.
When is Ariana Grande performing in the UK?
Ariana Grande is kicking off her world tour in Oakland, California on June 6, 2026. There's plenty of chances to be a part of the crowd too, as the Wicked star will then stop by major US cities including the likes of Los Angeles, Austin, Boston, and Chicago. American fans, you will be able to purchase tickets from 10am (PDT) on Wednesday, September 10 via Ticketmaster and AXS.
