Coldplay's huge Wembley Stadium gigs are well underway, but fans have only just spotted a 'hidden' theme behind the set lists.

There are only six London show dates left to go of this run, with just a handful of tickets still available to purchase here.

Every night, the set list has changed ever so slightly in the second and third acts, and fans have noticed a subtle pattern.

On Reddit, one fan wrote, "Is it me or are they playing songs from each album in order of their discography as the Wembley concerts progress? If they are doing 10 nights, that may mean one album spotlight per night."

To prove their point, they emphasised that the band played Trouble and Don't Panic from 2000 album Parachutes on night one, followed by Green Eyes and Politik (from 2002 album A Rush of Blood to the Head) on the second evening. Hit songs from albums X&Y (2005) and Viva La Vida (2008) were played on the third and fourth nights.

A second fan believes the theme was obvious all along: "Took you a while, haha. Chris has pretty much confirmed too, because he was reading out the sings tonight and says requests from Ghost Stories and A Head Full of Dreams will be in a few nights."

A third added: "That's what many of us believe. Since this theory is more or less confirmed, that means this weekend will have a few more MX songs on Saturday and at least a couple extra Mylo Xyloto songs on Sunday."

So, if you're keen to prove the theory correct, where can you secure tickets for their next gig on Saturday, August 30? Find out everything you need to know below.
