To make sure we keep our strength up all season long, Holiday Inn Express by IHG has launched exclusive gig care packages - and they're nothing short of iconic.
According to new research, millennials and Gen Z take very different approaches to nights out. For instance, millennials are reliving their youth this gig season, with many staying out late and skipping the skincare when they get home.
As for Gen Z? They're leaving the party early to avoid a sore head the next morning with a hot shower and water high on the agenda.
Keen to keep everyone happy this summer, Holiday Inn Express by IHG has created two post-party packages depending on your mood, and we can't wait to get our hands on one.

What's inside the Holiday Inn Express gig care packages everyone is talking about?
To make sure we all feel our best this summer, there are two packages to choose from: Fresh and Fried. The Fresh option is designed to help you relax after a big day of dancing, with everything from earplugs and mouth tape to an essential oil roll-on included.
As for those of you who want to keep the party going, the Fried package is on hand to help you avoid a hangover, from hydration sachets and under-eye cooling masks to a reusable tumbler.
The exciting campaign is fronted by AJ Odudu and Will Best, who both have different ideas of a good night out. Will likes to slip out early to avoid the crowds, whilst AJ keeps the energy going until the lights come on. But the one thing they can agree on? A restful night’s sleep.
Speaking about the campaign, AJ Odudu, said: "I am a night owl, and I always get a second wind, especially when in a concert environment - I definitely get that from my mum! The gig care packages are now available at select participating Holiday Inn Express hotels in the UK and Ireland between July 24 to September 24, whilst stocks last.
