Saucy images have emerged of DC’s new Superman, David Corenswet, at the beach and it’s sending the entire internet into a frenzy.
The Pearl actor was captured in his swimming shorts while filming a scene for the upcoming romantic-comedy musical The Greatest Hits.
He was pictured alongside co-star of The Greatest Hits, Lucy Boynton who’s known for her work in Bohemian Rhapsody and also The Politician, where she starred alongside Corenswet.
Although The Greatest Hits doesn’t have an official release date yet, if the photos are anything to go by, it seems people are already obsessed.

“Still thinking about these photos,” said one user, “Too much perfection with David and Lucy together.”
The photos were taken in October last year but have reemerged across every corner of the internet with an announcement earlier this week by Superman: Legacy director James Gunn that Corenswet had been cast as the new Man of Steel.
“I AM LOOKING RESPECTFULLY,” reads one comment, which has racked up over 850 likes.
“There’s no way we can gate-keep him anymore,” another fan commented.
Google searches for Corenswet are at an all-time high, according to Google Trends, and his Instagram followers have jumped from around 360,000 last year to 451,000 as of writing.
And he’s already got two fan pages on Instagram.
“I feel like if he ended up next to me at the start line of a distance race I’d just leave,” said another in the comments, “Dude looks great.”
Having now finished filming for The Greatest Hits, Corenswet will begin his journey as Clark Kent, with Gunn confirming that filming for the next Superman movie will begin next year.
“He’s called Superman for a reason,” commented a Twitter user.
Corenswet will star alongside The Marvellous Mrs Maisel’s Rachel Brosnahan, who is set to take on the role of Lois Lane.
