The British broadcaster has since taken to Twitter to share his strong opinions.

The 29-year-old took home the trophy for the Artist of the Year and was joined by the likes of Central Cee, George Ezra, Stormzy and Fred Again..

While the category is gender-neutral, all five nominees put up for the award were men.

Dubbed as 'the man that just does not stop', the hosts awarded Styles his second Brit award of the night.

Praising his album Harry's House and his hit-single As It Was after topping the charts, hosts congratulated the artist at the 'top of his game'.

As fans erupted in cheer, Styles thanked his family and fans for the achievement.

Styles thanked his mum for signing him up to X-Factor without his knowledge and also thanked the other lads from One Direction.

"I literally wouldn't be here without you," he added.

Styles had another fruitful night.

He continued: "I'm really grateful for this and I'm aware of my privilege up here tonight."

Instead of congratulating the Watermelon Sugar singer on the accolade, Morgan offered out a sarcastic appraisal of Styles and slammed the Brits' gender category system instead.

He sarcastically called the win a 'wonderful victory' and challenged who he deems the 'woke brigade'.

Late last night (11 February), Morgan tweeted: "Man beats men to ‘gender-neutral’ award after campaign by man now identifying as non-binary who came dressed as a giant balloon."

Not just hitting out at Styles or the Brits - Morgan sneaked in an extra jab another nominee's outfit.

He also dubbed Sam Smith's statement look as 'over-thirsty'.

Morgan made his feelings known on Twitter.

Smith - who identifies as non-binary - rocked up to the awards ceremony in an all-black inflated jumpsuit complete with platform heels.

Like clockwork, Morgan took to Twitter yet again to share his thoughts on the matter.

Uploading a photo of Smith's look, Morgan's caption reads: "Methinks ‘they’ is getting a teeny weeny bit over-thirsty for attention. #BRITs."

Morgan ended his tweet about Styles with: "What a wonderful victory for the woke brigade!"
