Conor McGregor is at a strange point in his career. Does he fight Diaz once again, and risk losing for a second time? Or does he move onto other things?
Who knows, but whatever happens he's a UFC great. You also don't get into shape like McGregor without having some sort of strict eating routine.
Luckily McGregor's sports nutrition specialist Georges Lockhart has shed some light on the situation.

And the biggest revelation? Ramming carbs into your body before a heavy gym session isn't always the way to go.
'What is the best thing to eat for energy before a workout?' was put to the man behind McGregor's weight cuts.
"It's funny because there's a common misconception that our body's primary source of fuel is carbohydrate. It's not. Our body's primary source of fuel is fat, when we're in an aerobic state.
"That's what my body will use when my muscles have oxygen."

He continued: "What I need to do is unlock certain energy compartments. When I'm doing something anaerobic like a workout I will burn carbohydrate as a primary source of fuel.
"Well I need to unlock that, because it's stored as glycogen. How do I release that glycogen? I take in protein."
I've been to the gym twice and the second time was just to get a protein shake because they're like real dank milkshakes so I have little idea what any of that means.
Fortunately Lockhart talks about it in this video:
Basically, taking in protein rather than carbs before a workout seems to be Lockhart's method of choice.
