Twin sisters decide to both have teeth removed so they can stay identical

Incredibly close in personality and in looks - twin sisters Lucy and Anna DeCinque have decided to both have their teeth removed so they can remain identical. Watch below:

Hit TLC series Extreme Sisters gives us a close look into the twins' very close relationship.

The siblings, who think of each other as 'one person', also happen to have a similar taste in men.

So much so, that Anna's boyfriend, Ben, is also Lucy's boyfriend.

And now in a recent episode of the series, the pair broke down in tears after learning that they may not look completely identical anymore.

Sister Anna was told she needed to have a painful tooth taken out and Lucy was devastated.

However, her 'brave' sister has now also decided that she will also go under the knife to save looking slightly different.

"I can’t do this without her and I know she won’t do this without me," Anna explained.

"We need to figure out what tooth can you remove for me."

Electrician Ben added: "So the girls have finally made a decision about their teeth.

"Lucy has decided that she’s going to get her wisdom tooth taken out so that Anna can get her infected tooth taken out."

An emotional Anna told the dentist: "Since last time, it’s gotten infected again.

"It was pretty bad, like excruciating pain, kind of unbearable, like it flared up.

"I need to breathe, I don’t know what to do."

She told the camera: "Our main fear is what if our mouths are different and we’re not the same.

"I want to take it out, but I won’t without my sister."

After learning that they may not look exactly the same after the procedure, Lucy then broke down herself.

"I’m really, really worried that we won’t find a solution for the both of us," she cried.

To which Anna said: "I don’t wish you had an infected tooth, but I wish in some ways we had identical mouths and identical teeth.

"I do feel alone in my tooth, I really do."
