It's the most wonderful time of the year. For a full week, we get to take a break from work, kick back with our loved ones and eat/drink our body-weight in food and booze.
What's more, it's totally acceptable to spend all day on the couch watching TV - and this year there's a lot to look forward to, including the return of Gavin & Stacey.
Yes, the beloved BBC comedy is heading back to our screens for a one-hour festive special and will see the return of Gavin (Mathew Horne), Stacey (Joanna Page), Nessa (Ruth Jones) and Neil 'Smithy' Smith (James Corden).

If you're unsure whether the reunion will do the show justice, this week Horne reassured fans while speaking on The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X, claiming that it will be the 'best episode ever'.
After admitting he was 'anxious' over whether or not the cast would work well together again and the chemistry was going to be there, he went on to say it is 'the best episode of the show we've ever done'.
High praise indeed.

"When I first found out, when I was first told that there was a script, obviously I said yes, I would want to do it, because 'And Stacey' is a slightly less catchy title," he joked.
"I just didn't really believe it because, although the script was written and I knew the BBC would want it, I didn't know if they'd be able to get everybody back together because it's a big ensemble cast and everybody's generally quite successful and one of the main characters lives in America."
James Corden, obviously.
"So I didn't believe it and then it happened. So yeah, it was amazing and it was a really wonderful experience," added the 41-year-old star.

"So we were quite anxious as to whether we were all going to work together well again and the chemistry was going to be there, and it was going to be the Gavin and Stacey of old.
"Then after day one we knew it would, and I've seen it now and I'm so proud of it. I think it's the best episode of the show we've ever done."
The Gavin and Stacey reunion was announced back in May when co-creator Corden shared a photo of the script.

Filming started in July, but it wasn't until late last month that we were given a sneak peek at the forthcoming episode.
If you see the cast back in action, the hour-long special airs on Christmas Day on BBC One at 8:30pm. Tune in and see what's occurring...
