We were hooked on Ross and Rachel's relationship on Friends for an entire decade. Ten seasons. An impressive 236 episodes. One child. One break (debateable). One marriage and 298 steamy sex sessions (according to Ross so it's probably an over exaggeration).

But only now are we finding out that the two actors actually did have crushes on each other and we couldn't BE any happier.

During the interview, James Corden said: "Will you allow me to ask what I would consider a cheeky question? It's hard not to recognise that you're all young, hot, good-looking successful actors."

Alright, calm down fella.

He then suggested: "It's inconceivable to me that there weren't perhaps off screen romances."

Aniston responded: "Well... I mean... David... the first season."

Replying to his co-star, David added: "The first season... we... I had a major crush on Jen."

Jen then confirmed: "It was reciprocated."

*Que Janice-esque 'OH MY GAD'*

They went through so much.

The pair even said they came close to an offscreen relationship, but tragically it was not to be.

David then went on to say: "At some point we were both crushing hard on each other. But it was like two ships passing because one of us was always in a relationship and we never crossed that boundary and we both respected that."

Matt LeBlanc then interjected, claiming that was 'bulls***'.

Ummm, what's he calling bulls*** on? They did cross the boundary? We need to know more.

After the crowd and cast stopped laughing at Joey's joke, Jennifer said: "I remember saying to David 'it's gonna be really such a bummer if the first time you and I actually kiss is gonna be on national television' and sure enough the first time we kissed was in that coffee shop.

"We just channelled all of our adoration and love for each other into Ross and Rachel."

Oh, you guys.

The reunion features Jennifer Aniston (Rachel Green), Courteney Cox (Monica Geller), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing), and David Schwimmer (Ross Geller) and they will be celebrating the show, which ended way back in 2004.

They are also joined by some A-list fans of the show, including David Beckham, Justin Bieber, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Kit Harington, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon (Joey's hand twin) and Christina Pickles (Monica and Ross' mum) - as well as former guest stars such as Reese Witherspoon, Tom Selleck and Elliot Gould.
