Comedian Miranda Hart has 'set the record straight' on ‘fancying’ fellow Celebrity Traitors co-star and singer James Blunt.
The TV star, 53, known for starring in BBC sitcom Miranda, is among the famous faces taking part in the popular gameshow.
She is one of six comedians on The Celebrity Traitors alongside James Acaster, Joe Lycett, Rob Beckett, Romesh Ranganathan and Joanne McNally.
Appearing alongside fellow Faithful and comedian Lycett on his Channel 4 show, Live From The Lycett Arms, she explained comments she’d made regarding Blunt on Celebrity Traitors.

Lycett said: “Oh, we had a lovely time on The Traitors, didn't we? We had. I mean, this is the thing. We've signed NDAs all over the place. We can't talk.”
Referencing an incident from the third episode of Celebrity Traitors, which involved a task in the cabin in the woods involving a dirty toilet, Lycett also asked Hart about her Blunt comments.
“I don't fancy James Blunt,” she said, explaining further: “I found it mildly erotic was what I said. It's because I like a little bit of camp with an alpha male vibe.”
Comedian Lycett responded: “That's me! That's me you just described. A bit camp and a bit alpha! That's my whole brand!”.
During a task in the third episode, which saw the celebrities use a battering ram to break open doors of crypts, Blunt had taken charge of the team responsibilities, prompting Hart to say to camera afterwards: “He was full army officer. I found it mildly erotic.”
Hart revealed in her book I Haven't Been Entirely Honest With You in 2024 that she'd gotten married aged 51, but didn't reveal the identity of her husband at the time.

The latest episode of The Celebrity Traitors saw Coronation Street actress Julie Hesmondhalgh banished, and The Last of Us and Game of Thrones star Bella Ramsey murdered by the Traitors. Both were Faithfuls.
Speaking after their exit, Ramsey said: “It was a lot of fun. It was very different than I thought it would be. I sort of forgot that it was also a show. In terms of the actual gameplay, really it was so exciting, and the missions were so exciting, and getting to know everyone was really wonderful.
Lycett previously said his new Channel 4 show, which airs at 10pm on Friday nights, was a love letter to British pubs.
He said: “Anything we can do to celebrate our British boozers is good because they provide a watering hole and they’re good for society.”
Celebrity guests visiting the pub have also included comedian Katherine Ryan, documentary-maker Stacey Dooley and Scottish TV presenter Lorraine Kelly.
