Exact location of I’m A Celeb 2025 camp with ‘fake’ jungle and roof over it

It's in Australia, obviously, but where exactly?

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! is well underway for another year as a bunch of famous faces go into the jungle for a couple of weeks of eating bugs, crawling through gunge and trying not to be voted out.

They're back at the camp in Australia where the show usually takes place, with it having hopped over to Wales for a little while during the pandemic years.

However, what you see on screen isn't exactly as it seems, as while they're out among nature in Australia, it's not quite the outdoor living you might assume if you watched I'm A Celeb.

That's because the camp has a 'roof' over it, a covering which helps shield the celebrities from the elements since they're in a part of the world where torrential downpours are possible, which would be a miserable experience to sit through.

As such, there's a canopy which helps keep the rain out, which is doubly handy since they don't really have enough covers to keep themselves warm and dry if they're being rained on all throughout the night.

It doesn't stretch over everything, so bad weather will still affect the celebrities, but it makes sure that the beds and the fire stay intact.

That also helps protect all of the filming equipment set up to capture the downtime during I'm A Celeb, all those expensive cameras set up around the place would be ruined if left exposed to the elements so the cover helps protect them too.

On top of that, it makes dropping food which the celebrities won in Bushtucker Trials down into the camp possible, since there needs to be something to attach it to above.

Ant once demonstrated how it worked by using a pot of Dec's beans and a plate.

Where is I'm A Celeb filmed?

As for where exactly it is, there's a spot in the Australian state of New South Wales called Dungay Creek and that's where you'll find the I'm A Celeb set.

Sadly, for those who'd go there the place they film the show isn't even technically a jungle, it's actually a rainforest, though that might not make much difference to the people currently staying there.

While the first series was filmed in Queensland, Australia, they soon moved to Dungay Creek in Springbrook National Park, about an hour's drive from Brisbane, and the whole place is set up to film a TV show as there's plenty of facilities for the production.

However, if you were thinking about hopping on a plane to Australia and trying to break into the camp to get on TV, it'll be quite the challenge as there's plenty of crew around to keep you out and the land is private anyway.

The space they film I'm A Celeb on is reserved for that purpose, as there are several other versions of the show which use Dungay Creek as their shooting location.
