I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! contestants Frankie Dettori, Fred Sirieix and Nick Pickard have shown off their dramatic weight loss following the show.

The campmates are forced to stick to a very limited diet during their time in the jungle - although some viewers thought they saw Nick tucking into a panini last week - living off mainly rice and beans.

In a snap shared on Instagram, the three men could be seen posing topless as they enjoyed a bit of downtime at a hotel pool.

Frankie, 52, Fred, 51, and Nick, 48, all sported slimmed-down physiques after their time in the camp, but appeared to be happy to be back in the real world as they smiled for the camera.

Nick, who is best known for playing Tony Hutchinson in Hollyoaks, recently revealed he had lost more than a stone since taking part in the show.

He told The Sun: "I've lost one stone, three pounds!

"They weigh you at certain points during the trials and things because there are weight restrictions like on the Critter Mixer and I was trying to look(at the scales) but the medic wouldn't show me.

"So it makes it all the more interesting when you come out."

Meanwhile, Fred - who was the third celeb to be voted out - said he had to be treated by medics during his time on the show.

Speaking after he left camp he said: "We had torrential rain for the first two weeks, it was nonstop. My foot got infected, I got burns everywhere on my legs, I’ve had cuts, I’ve had splinters.

"We had an incredible medic, Paul, this man is unbelievable. I had things on my feet and he gave me some stuff, a cream, this guy is unbelievable.

"It was a week and a half in. I told him, we have producers we talk to in the Bush Telegraph and I told them, please go to Paul and tell him how thankful and grateful I am because this man – I love professionals who can do a job well.

"It is like a good plumber. It is always wet, there is always something happening. He is the man who assessed me today and I thanked him again."

Talking about his weight loss, he added: "I was 76.6 kilos when I went in, I was the fittest I have ever been, physically and psychologically – I have trained and prepared for this. The focus has balanced me out in a way I have never been before in my life.

"In the jungle, because you are on rice and beans, first I lost a lot of fat but I lost a bit of muscle as well. But the muscle quality has gone up because I was very physically active. I lost 5 kilos, (11lbs) I am so fit."
