Soap star Lisa Riley has revealed the staggering amount of weight she lost during her stint in I'm A Celebrity.
The Emmerdale actress, 49, was booted out of camp alongside Jack Osbourne on Friday (5 December) in a double eviction. And upon her return to civilisation, she revealed that she has dropped a few dress sizes due to her jungle diet.
According to Riley, running around the Australian jungle while living off restricted portions has led to her losing an impressive amount of weight.
She explained that the 'activeness' that's required from I'm A Celeb contestants and the limited amount of grub they live off has allowed her to shed some pounds.

"It's portion control," she told the Daily Mail. "Everyone says, 'Oh, it's beans and rice'. Yes, it is beans and rice, but it's actually what you consume.
"When you're in there, people don't have an idea of the lifestyle, the geography of the camp. It's the do-ability, the activeness."
Even getting to the Bush Telegraph is quite the workout, as Riley revealed that there's a ton of steps that I'm A Celeb stars have to climb.
A combination of all of this has resulted in the actress losing 20lbs, which is no mean feat.
The famous faces 'never stop moving' during trials either - and she wants viewers to understand that they're not just lounging around with their feet up all day.
"It's endless," Riley went on. "It's not just sat around a campfire having loads of giggles. The activeness... by the time you've consumed the beans at night, you've probably burned it off."
Still, she's over the moon to see the back of beans and rice after chowing down on the stuff for weeks on end.
During her time in the jungle, Riley - who is a vegetarian - was given Quorn alternatives when her campmates tucked into the likes of crocodile and eel for their evening meal.
The actress explained she was given veggie-friendly chicken strips and mince, as well as tempeh and tofu to accommodate her dietary requirements.
She reckons that she remained true to herself 'from start to finish', while gushing about how she took on the role of mother hen.
"I've not been lucky enough to be a mother in life and if I was the jungle mum, bring it on," Riley sweetly added.
"We have all been through something in our lives and you can share it. If I can be mumma bear in the jungle, then I'm more than happy with that role.
"Aitch and Ginge, they were my naughty little brothers, they let me be the real me."
Angry Ginge, Shona McGarty and Tom Read Wilson are the last three standing - and one of them is set to be crowned the winner tonight (7 December).
