Jeremy Clarkson gives fans sneak peek at Clarkson’s Farm 4

Jeremy Clarkson has provided a big update on Clarkson’s Farm season four

Jeremy Clarkson has provided fans with an exciting sneak peek ahead of Clarkson’s Farm season four.

It seems like we've only just got through season three and - already - the man who swapped Ferraris with farming has given us a freshly squeezed update.

Even before this update, viewers were asking for one little change for the upcoming fourth instalment of the show.

Usually, Prime Video give us eight episodes per season, each lasting between 40 and 60 minutes.

Fans, however, have cheekily requested for more episodes on season four.

"Can you please make more than 8 episodes for season 4?" one fan said.

"Bl***y hurry up with it, then. And make it 20 episodes long...Best thing on TV," a second echoed.

As a third added: "So excited for season 4! We need more episodes this time though please."

Well, today (6 June) Clarkson gave his fans a little update - but it wasn't the one they were looking for.

Take a look below:

The 64-year-old shared a photo of his laptop screen, showing a preview of 'Clarkson's Farm Four'.

It seems like he was overseeing a full episode from the new season, but we can't be sure.

Captioning the post, he wrote: "Work in progress."

Commenting on the update, one fan wrote: "Best TV project I’ve ever seen. Last episode full of tears. My tears."

Meanwhile, a second added: "My dream for the fourth would be James and Richard doing a cameo in one episode."

And a third said: "Thank god. Tore through season 3 in under 5 seconds."

Meanwhile, Clarkson has recently opened up about how different it is filming with his car buddies.

He said Clarkson's Farm is 'actually real' and 'what you see actually happens'.

"And none of it's planned. I mean The Grand Tour, everything was planned, literally everything, you know, ‘Richard move your eyebrow that much’," he said.

"Nothing is planned on this, nothing, I have no script.

"And every single day when we meet to do filming, every day, we'll have a vague idea of what we need to do, like I need to re-drill this field, we're doing season four now, so I need to redraw that field because I did it wrong the first time and I need to do this, I need to do that.

"So we'll meet actually tomorrow to do that."

"And I can guarantee we'll end up doing something completely different, because the weather will have changed or some fence will have fallen down or whatever it might be and you never ever know what you're going to do in farming, never," he continued to say.

“I don't have time to pretend to be someone else. You see, The Grand Tour, Richard Hammond isn't as stupid as he's made out.

"I'm not as bombastic as it's made out, and James May isn't quite as boring as is made out. And so you're playing a caricature, you're playing a role, you know, you're there to provoke, you know, be stupid."
