John Cena has spoken about how he would do ‘anything’ on screen after filming a graphic bisexual orgy for his new show Peacemaker.
Cena stars in the DCU TV show as Christopher Smith, aka the titular Peacemaker, an anti-hero character that was spun out of James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad.
After having previously made headlines for his intimate scene with Amy Schumer in which he joked he was ‘inside her’, Cena is no stranger to taking on scenes that push the envelope.

The wrestler-turned actor has been making headlines left-right-and-centre in recent weeks as he also approaches the end of his ongoing WWE retirement tour.
The Peacemaker season two opening episode saw Cena’s Chris Smith down on his luck after saving the world in season one but receiving no plaudits or rewards.
He ends up in a depressive stupor, calling random people to come over and host an orgy in his apartment.
Throughout, he is seen barely getting involved while extremely X-Rated acts are simulated going on in the background by mostly nude actors, instead taking various drugs.
At one point he is shown with one man and one woman kissing his neck, seemingly confirming the long-held assumption that Peacemaker is bisexual.

Talking about this on the Peacemaker Podcast hosted by director and writer James Gunn alongside members of the cast, Cena stated he’d do ‘anything’ on screen.
Speaking about the scene in the segment ‘Peace thoughts’ where they specifically speak to Cena about the show, he said: “There is nothing James Gunn can write that will surprise me anymore.

“Episode one has a big orgfest in it and I remember us talking like kind of feeling each other out on where we and I was kinda like ‘I’m thinking he’ll have me doing unspeakable in the orgy’ cause quite honestly if you were to ask me to do anything that conversation would go directly to me and the wife and I would beg for permission and forgiveness.
“I’m thinking the worst and James is like ‘no no you just kinda have to be around the orgy because it’s not satisfying you.’”

He adds that the character is trying all of the ‘different forms of escapism’: drugs, booze, and sex, and none of it is working.

The scene was confirmation that the character is bisexual, something which Cena confirmed himself in a promotional video alongside James Gunn.
When asked by Gunn in a game whether he’d eliminate ‘an alien intruder disguised as a bald eagle’ or his ‘Tinder date for the night’ Cena responded saying his Tinder date cause he’d then just get on the gay dating app Grindr.
Gunn said of Peacemaker’s bisexuality: “We see in the show that he doesn't have any issues with sexuality.”

Making reference to Peacemaker’s hatred of Aquaman in the show over rumours he has sex with fish, Gunn went on to say: “As long as you're not f**king animals — that he's not into. But besides that, he's pretty open. And yet other things he's completely close-minded on."
Peacemaker is available to watch on Sky NOW weekly.
