Kick streamer and YouTuber Myron Gaines has made headlines for some of his wild beliefs in Louis Theroux’s new Netflix documentary about ‘manosphere’ content creators.

Gaines is one of multiple ‘red-pill’ misogynistic creators covered in the documentary Inside the Manosphere, Theroux’s Netflix debut.

The Kick streamer makes several wild claims in the documentary, including the debunked idea that women ‘retain sperm’ and that this can lead people’s children to look more like their ex-partner than the father.

In addition to this, Gaines was amongst the group of right-wing streamers who went viral in January for playing Kanye West's song Heil Hitler and posting videos online of them singing it.

One of his most shocking admissions in the Netflix documentary is about his own relationship, stating that him and his girlfriend Angie practice ‘one-way monogamy’.

Speaking to Louis in the documentary, Angie says: “The women that he sleeps with, he’s just going to be with them for a night or so… there is a reason why I’ve stayed so long with him.”

Myron proceeds to say that she ‘knows’ that in the future he may have more than one wife whilst she has to stay monogamous to him, but she is clearly less than keen in the video, saying that she will ‘see when it happens’ and that she doesn’t see how it would work.

The documentary shows some of his other wild statements about relationships, including Myron saying on his podcast Fresh and Fit: “B*tch, I’mthe dictator. You are the subordinate.

“I dictate when I want to put d*ck in you b*tch and then you dictate when the sandwiches come by my dictation.

“Women love guys like this who tell them how it is. This isn’t open to interpretation or how you feel, or what you think. It doesn’t matter what you f*cking think.”

Defending that clip, the streamer says that he is not a misogynist but knows what women need and want better than they do ‘in many ways’.

Myron’s claims in the documentary however that Angie ‘loves’ their set-up have been disproven slightly after viewers on X watched his videos to get an update on their relationship.

A viral X post said: “Myron Gaines assures Louis Theroux that his girlfriend is fine with one-way monogamy, and him having multiple wives. How it started vs how it's going...”

The Kick streamer said on Fresh and Fit in August of last year after the doc was filmed that the pair had broken up, adding: “Angie was a good girlfriend bro, she’s a good girl, I have nothing bad to say to her. Honestly this sh*t is on me though.

“She wants a family and I can’t give that to her right now. Just straight up, I’m being honest... She’s been waiting around a minute, so who am I to tell her: ‘Nah keep waiting’.”

During the Netflix doc Louis is set to appear on Myron's podcast when he begins chatting to Icy, a producer who helps out with his show booking local female influencers to appear on his podcast.

Whilst chatting Myron became aware of the conversation and, whilst on air in a previous segment, texted Icy informing her she is not allowed to talk to the documentarian with her saying: "Oh I just messed up... I don't know how to properly say this but I cannot answer any more questions anymore."

Theroux's podcast goes on to interview several other 'Manosphere' streamers such as HSTikkyTokky and Sneako.

Inside the Manosphere is available to watch on Netflix now.
