Naked Attraction host was forced to intervene after contestant took things too far

Naked Attraction host Anna Richardson was once forced to step in after a contestant got a little too excited.

The Channel 4 dating show - which has decided not to renew after 12 seasons - features one fully clothed individual who has the opportunity to select a potential partner from six naked contestants.

Their bodies are gradually revealed over successive rounds, from the feet upwards, as the chooser eliminates contestants until only two remain.

At this point, the chooser themself disrobes to make a final decision, and the two then go on a fully clothed date.

There have been loads of memorable moments over the years, from the guy with the 'world's biggest penis', to the contestant who was escorted off set for breaking an important rule.

Another one was from an episode in 2022, when sex toy tester Hayley Cosgrove was on a quest to find her perfect partner.

And it got down to the final two candidates, Luke, a 23-year-old engineer and Maris, a 36-year-old software engineer.

However, things escalated when Hayley went off-camera to get her clothes off, when Richardson regrettably asked the men what they thought about her body.

Out of nowhere, Maris said: "I'm thinking about how much I'd like to suck nipples."

Once she returned from backstage, he continued: "Yes, I'd like to put your legs on my shoulders, I would like to have a-."

That's when Richardson had to intervene as things were getting a little too spicy.

"I'm getting the picture Maris. No more," she declared, before going to Luke to ask what he thought of Hayley.

He said she had a 'gorgeous' body, and she jokingly asked him where he'd like her to put her legs.

After deciding to go on a date with Luke, she said: “I like the cheeky smile. He was sweet and the whole package.”

But Hayley, who has cerebral palsy, decided to end the date early because she felt like she wouldn't have been able to carry on.

“With my disability and stuff, my body gets really tired,” she explained to PlymouthLive.

“I would have gone out and had a mental laugh with him. I wish that my body didn’t tell me no.”

When the reunion was shown two weeks on, it seems Luke had been texting her every day, but was yet to go and see her.

Hayley joked that he was being 'so rude', before admitting that she was happy to go on a date with him 'at a kebab shop afterwards'.

At the time, she hugged Luke and told him that she was up for the date.

"We all have massive hold-ups and we can get really sucked into what real beauty is. At the end of the day, we are all completely different and I genuinely see beauty in imperfections and I think we should celebrate them," she added.
