When it comes to UK Reality TV shows, there is nothing more mental than Naked Attraction.
Shows have since come along like Virgin Island and Dating Naked that try and match the craziness of the Anna Richardson hosted Channel 4 series.
For those who live under a rock Naked Attraction was a dating show in which potential suitors would be revealed in stages from feet to face whilst fully naked.
This mental TV show would see them stage by stage reveal someone’s legs, genitals, chest, then face, with the person choosing their date eliminating someone at each stage.

Now for me personally you’d need to pay me 10s of £1,000s to even consider appearing on it, but the contestants of the show were actually paid considerably less to appear on the series.
How much contestants on Naked Attraction were paid was revealed in a cast interview

One of the cast members who appeared on the show actually revealed how much they were paid to appear on the show: nothing.
Despite many of us looking at Naked Attraction and probably wondering how big the paycheque must have been, anyone you saw appear on the series went on free of charge.
Speaking to iNews a contestant called Gavin said: “You don’t get paid if you’re on the show.
“If you’re on standby and you don’t appear on the show then you get paid £75 for being in the room.”
As with any show of this nature producers will have people on standby whose only role is to step in if anyone pulls out, and these are the only people paid for the show apparently.
Other backstage secrets have been released, including what happens if a man get’s a bit too excited

One of the most common points of discussion when former contestants have been interviewed has been the temperature of the room.
Many men have described how it was ‘chilly in the studio’, though one interview suggested that there was a gendered debate amongst contestants with the men wanting it warm so their bits don’t look on the smaller side, and women on the show wanting it cold.
If men on the show get a bit overcome with the excitement however Naked Attraction did actually have something in place for that.
Chrissie Wunna, who appeared on the show, said in an interview with the Daily Star that fellas on her episode of the show had to be ‘escorted off set’ after getting an erection during filming.
She said: “They had to remove them from the pod because they were all really paranoid because the studio was quite cold.
"People were jogging on the spot and doing the squats and trying to feel cold down there. Then I just walked on down and judged them on it.
“Apparently people were having to get taken out because they're not allowed to get excited on camera. So, they were getting taken outside as the boys were just getting random boners.”
