Do you want to feel old? Here's what the babies who played Ross and Rachel's daughter on Friends look like now.
There's nothing better than realising just how long ago a TV show was filmed. And when it comes to everyone's favourite US 90s sitcom, there's a certain level of investment we all have.
Now, the twins who played Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer's fictional child in Friends are all grown up, and it's shocking to see what they look like now.
Alexandra Conley and her twin sister, Athena, starred as the baby that Rachel Green and Ross Geller welcomed after sharing just one night.

Since then, the twins have given a major life update since starring on the beloved show, and it's amazing to see what the now 23-year-olds are doing.

Speaking to People, the sisters said: "It's actually crazy because growing up, I always just knew I was on Friends, but I didn't really know what that meant.
“It didn't hit me, I think until like maybe like middle school or even like early high school, how big that was."
"And then I watched the show, and now I'm obsessed with Friends,” she added. “It's one of my favorite shows ever. So, watching it now and seeing ourselves I'm like, 'This is crazy'.”

As for Athena, she recently posted a TikTok video to remind everyone of their role as Emma and people couldn't believe it.
The trend had her present slides where she overlaid text, with it stating: “I told him I was on TV as a baby.”
Then it showed her as baby Emma. However, they had to say goodbye to the show for two reasons.
"Funny story, actually: they ended up replacing us because I did cry too much." Alexandra told People.
Athena added: “They couldn't use just one baby the whole time due to child labor laws, so they had to replace us after season 9 with a new pair of twins."

While we often hear about horror stories from on set in Hollywood, the twins shared that their mother had nothing but good things to share about their time there.
"She said that all of the cast members were so nice and they were all hilarious, just cracking jokes the whole time,” Athena said. “She felt like she was like watching the show even when filming wasn't taking place."
As for the twins, it’s something they’ll remember forever.
"The show continues to resonate,” Athena said. “Because the characters are all so relatable, and I think that makes the audience kind of feel like they're part of the group, which is really special.”

Too right. We have so many good memories of the show and there’s no way anyone is forgetting it anytime soon.
But I wonder if they agree that Ross and Rachel were on a break? Probably not.
