The world's population is split into two groups: those who have seen 'Don't Hug Me, I'm Scared' and those who are happily going about their daily lives.
It's hard to describe what exactly this online phenomenon is if you haven't seen it, but I'll try.
The basic premise is that there is yellow guy, red guy and duck guy. They're three puppets that hang out together and (in typical British children's TV fashion) they learn about simple things through song. However, as you watch them, they progressively start turning... weird. It's kind of like The Muppets on LSD.

So far, they've brought out six episodes and, to be honest, it looks like the one that was released today will be the final one. I don't want to spoil it for you, but the way they've ended it makes it seems as though they won't be doing any more. Sad, I know.
The series was created by Becky Sloan and Joseph Pelling in 2011. They've been an absolutely massive hit on YouTube with over 80 million views amassed online.
They've been building up to 19 June for some time, perhaps as this is the date that they successfully reached their Kickstarter target. They were approached by several investors, but they chose to go it alone as it meant they would have no restrictions on their content. Hence why they reached out to the public.
Now, they've released this video.
