Influencer Jack Doherty has brand new car smashed with hammer while live streaming

Influencer Jack Doherty was live streaming while driving his brand new Corvette, when a masked man appeared and smashed his windscreen with a hammer.

The YouTuber is known for outlandish pranks and stunts, and was arrested last year for drug offences.

This isn't the first time a car of his has been smashed up, either.

Doherty previously crashed a $200k McLaren supercar while live streaming behind the wheel, and continuing to film his friend who was injured in the smash.

In the new incident, Doherty is seen sat waiting in the car when a masked man walks into view, shouts "F*** Jack Doherty" and proceeded to smash only the passenger side of the windscreen, raining down blows with a hammer.

The influencer and his passenger yelled out "Yo, yo" repeatedly, and expressed shock.

Jack gets out of the car after saying "oh my god, there's glass all over me", and appears to shake out his clothing.

"This isn't even my car, I'm cooked," he added. "Where'd the guy go?"

He then appears to advertise an app.

Clips of the moment have been shared on Instagram and Reddit, with many commenters wondering if the incident was staged.

"Doesn't he have bodyguards that could, like, chase him or something?" wrote one.

"See he was still a kind gentleman he didn’t smash right in front of him so he couldn’t see the road," joked another.

"Mad scripted," slammed one viewer.

"Why are people so mean to him?" asked one fan on X.

"It's always a dead giveaway that it's staged when they only smashed the windshield. Cheap fix, if you really want to do some damage you've got to work on the body," insisted one.

One redditor wrote: "You know it's fake because Jack didn't start raging and sending his bodyguard after the guy."

"He definitely just did that for clout" accused another, while another influencer wrote: "Here he goes, faking another stunt for views lol"

Jack posted a video of the damage on his stories, as he explained: "Guys, someone just shattered the windshield of my new car... I don't know what to do here, I'm definitely not driving that home."

His previous McLaren smash happened while he was live streaming on Kick while behind the wheel and in heavy rain, and crashed the car into the central reservation.

It's not known what caused him to lose control, but viewers were calling for 'jail time' for the star following the incident.

"Oh my god bro, my whole f**king car bro," he said in the aftermath, before showing his injured friend.
