A YouTuber that vanished after he went looking for an ominous cave still hasn't been found, as people have been left puzzled.

Kenny Veach lived in Las Vegas, USA and loved hiking and caving, being known online as snakebitmgee on social media platforms.

Veach posted videos of his journeys on YouTube, but there was one comment that stood out.

Kenny revealed one intriguing cave that he came across, that was 'shaped like a perfect capital M', adding: "I always enter every cave I find, but as I began to enter this particular cave, my whole body began to vibrate. The closer I got to the cave entrance, the worse the vibrating became.

"Suddenly I became very scared and high-tailed it out of there. That was one of the strangest things that ever happened to me."

This would then spiral into one of Nevada's biggest mysteries, as several fans of his encouraged him to look for the cave again and film what happened, which he then did.

Equipped with a 9-millimetre handgun and a camera, he came and went, posting a video of what he found, though he sadly couldn't find the cave again, with no clues as to where the elusive M Cave really was.

But then, he was encouraged to go back a third time in 2014 - which turned out to be his final hike.

Telling family that he was going for a 'short, overnight trip', he would never be seen again, as his disappearance would make headlines on local news stations.

In a previous video centred around Area 51, he explained that he had 'been in more caves than I can count', adding that he'd 'been doing this sort of thing for over 20 years', all by himself.

But the professional was nowhere to be seen after setting off in the Mojave Desert, though authorities found a clue.

Veach's M Cave Hike video showed him standing by an abandoned mine shaft, and eight days after he vanished, volunteers found his mobile phone next to it, highlighting that he had gone looking for the M Cave again.

But this was all that was found, as Red Rock Search & Rescue Commander Dave Cummings told News 3 at the time: “We found his cell phone close to a very vertical old mine shaft and we can’t find another trail.

“It doesn’t mean that he’s down the mine shaft, but we have tracked him as far as we can. We are having our other crews come in from the search areas.”

However, this hasn't stopped theories from flying in left, right and centre.

A user claiming to be his girlfriend commented on his M Cave Hike video, claiming that 'he probably will not be found for many, many months, if ever,' sharing that he loved exploring caves and mine shafts, often taking many safety precautions.

She then shockingly claimed: "I want you to know that I do not think Kenny had an accident. I believe he committed suicide. He battled depression for many years and would not take medication or see a doctor."

The girlfriend also revealed that he didn't take his camera with him, as he normally does, so he didn't intend to film anything.

Reiterating her love for him, she urged other caving fans to be careful if they want to pursue the same activities - but she wasn't the only one out there with theories.

Susan Veach, Kenny's sister-in-law, spoke to EWU and claimed that there were no photos or videos taken of the M Cave by him, which seemed off.

She then claimed that it was 'not there' and he did it all for attention, essentially faking his own death.

She added that he likely didn't see this kind of media attention around his disappearance.

Footage emerged in July 2018 of a man breaking into a wellness centre and stealing an iPad from behind the counter in Las Vegas, which was owned by Kenny Veach's sister, Debbie.

Susan claimed that she knew it was him, as he clutched his knee from a supposed 'injury'.

She said: "Instantly I was like, 'Oh my God, that's Kenny.' My heart fell out of my chest. I swear I broke out in a sweat."

Since then, there has been no new information.
