Zac Efron shot to fame in High School Musical, but has continued to have a lucrative career since. Efron is keeping his bank manager very happy with a cool $25 million in the bank, with some reports claiming up to $40 million.
After High School Musical, Efron starred in two further sequels.

His $100k pay cheque from the first film reportedly grew to $3 million for the third film, after he had become a Hollywood star.
He then branched out to comedy alongside more musicals, alongside some more serious roles as he was keen to shake off the teen star appeal
He starred in the likes of Bad Neighbors, 17 Again, Hairspray, Dirty Grandpa, Baywatch and Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates.
His next household name role came in The Greatest Showman which saw him singing and dancing again, before a real gear change for Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile where he portrayed Ted Bundy.
The role was a whole world away from the clean-cut boy-next-door role he made his name with, but he received critical acclaim for convincingly playing the killer.
Efron was reportedly paid $4 million for Neighbors, which jumped to $8 million for the sequel, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.
Since 2019 he has been starring in reality TV and making documentaries.
He and his brother starred in a survival series called Kill The Efrons, and he launched a YouTube channel.
On the channel he focuses on outdoor survival or fitness, as well as general fitness and diet. His YouTube soon clocked up more than a million subscribers, which will bring in a sizeable income from views and adverts.
He teamed up with his brother Dylan once more to set up their own production company, called Ninjas Runnin’ Wild with Warner Bros.
Back in October 2013 Zac paid a whopping $3.995 million for a home in LA, which he then sold in May 2021 for $5.3 million. He also had a second home nearby that he bought for $2.35 million in 2008, and then sold for nearly $2.8 million in 2014.
Most recently he has been starring in Down To Earth With Zac Efron, where he travels around the world to find healthy, sustainable ways to live, which is back for a second season.
He is also starring in the forthcoming film, The Greatest Beer Run Ever.
