What are your summer plans? If they involved soaking up rays in a deckchair in the capital then you had better reconsider.

Or at least wear a decent amount of clothes. This guy in Brick Lane presumably thought he was safe from the cops as he donned his Speedos and sat back in his chair.

He was not.

According to The Daily Mail, two Tower Hamlets enforcement officers challenged the sun worshipper before two policemen later arrived on the scene.

Apparently the officers had received complaints from the public about the man.

Talking to The Daily Mail, Craig Jameson had this to say on the situation: "People were taking it in good spirits and laughing. Some people lay down next to him and others were taking pictures."

"Soon we saw some police community support officers try to move him but he refused to move, asking what harm he was doing."

Misunderstood sun worshiping hero Gerald Muir has been charged with being drunk and disorderly in Brick Lane on Sunday.

He has been bailed to appear at Thames Magistrates Court on June 20.

Big up to the police who you can always rely on to spend their time stopping the real criminals...
