Want To Get Your Balls Whacked Really Hard? Go On This Japanese TV Show

Sadly, I don't have much context to the following video. All I know is that there's a bloke hanging upside-down in (what looks like) a nappy, with some kind of pain robot whacking his balls with a stick.

That's a sentence that's probably never been written before. We all just witnessed history, so let's embrace.

Anyway, as you can see, this guy looks absolutely terrified. Well, wouldn't you be? It's from a game show, but I don't understand who the fuck would sign up for this shit?

Personally, I don't have a pair of sandbags. But I imagine if I did, the last thing I'd want is a blood-thirsty Wall-E using my bojangles as a piñata.

I wish I knew what TV show this was from, and when I could watch it. It's actually kind of tempting to just up sticks and move to Japan for its clearly superior entertainment.
