'Most tattooed woman' posts first post-op photos after flying 21 hours for 'highly illegal' surgery

Earlier this week, Australia’s ‘most tattooed woman’ revealed she had flown across the world for body modifications.

“Body mods are illegal in Aus, so I flew to Europe to get three more done,” Amber Luke shared on Instagram.

Also known as ‘Dragon Girl’ to fans, the 31-year-old has already spend upwards of $250,000 (£132,740) transforming the way she looks and is covered head to toe in tatts.

Luke reckons she’s got about 98 percent of her body inked and even has done her eyeballs.

She’s now in Barcelona, Spain, where she jetted to for a controversial ‘coin slot’ procedure and for a silicone bow to be implanted under the skin of her hand.

And in an Instagram update this morning (4 June), Luke has shared her first post-op photos.

Exploring the city, she can be seen wearing a white dressing on one hand and across her ear.

“Even with a swollen hand, and ear swollen to the size of Jupiter - we out here,” she wrote as she posed for photos in the Spanish city wearing athleisure wear.

Luke had told fans she’d been planning these changes for ‘a while’ as she said on social media of the new procedures: “Australia has made them highly illegal for seven years. I’m about to get two body mods done. I am super f**king keen.”

Describing the ‘coin slot’, the model explained: “They take a hole out of your helix that they put different earrings in and layer it.” This comes as she said her ear has been ‘f**ked up twice’ as she described it as ‘super mutilated’.

She also added: “And for the past year and a half I have planned to have this body mod in my hand, it is a silicone bow, I am very excited!”

This second procedure is known as subdermal implants and are illegal under Australian law due to concerns around unlicensed surgery and the severe health risks that are attached.

While the ‘coin slot’ procedure isn’t strictly illegal Down Under, it is heavily regulated.

Luke said her ‘mission’ in Barcelona is to ‘have a nice implant that is not all f**ked up’ as well as ‘healing’.

The procedures are legal in Spain but do require a licensed medical professional.

She has apparently shared more about her procedure with those who subscribe to her channel.

While in Barcelona, Luke also seems to have had ‘composite fangs’ for her teeth.
