We’re all set for a scorching summer of sport. There’s really nothing quite like getting your mates together to get behind our team, sharing the highs and lows, the tears of joy and, well, just straight up tears. It’s coming home after all, right?! But all that celebrating can start to get a little pricey.

With so much epic sport on the way, you might be thinking about how to make the cash stretch a little further this summer. Watching the footy in the pub with your mates is a vibe, but checking your bank balance afterwards? Not so much. Here's the thing: it doesn't have to be that way.

Why not swap out some of your pricey pub sessions for an outdoor hang instead? Whether it’s a BBQ in the garden, a picnic in the park, or just bevs in the sun, say goodbye to seven pound pints (ouch), and hello to soaking up the sun, with great mates, delicious food, and drinks flowing. And, with the latest deals from Asda, staying on budget will be a breeze especially when you can get 24 pack of Budweiser, was £14 now £12 (across England and Northern Ireland) or £16.20 (in Scotland and Wales).

Check out Ollie’s BBQ spread here for garden BBQ ideas.

So, what are you feeling? Maybe a garden chill with your besties, watching the game on the telly in the garden? If so, at Asda you can grab 4 Extra Special beef burgers for just £3, a 10 pack of Heck Chicken Italia Chipolatas for just £2, and a 4-pack of finger rolls for just 85p (not a limited-time offer, just a banging price all year round). Wings more your thing? The Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings bigger pack, which is perfect for sharing are down to just £4 for a massive 1.4 kilos. Now, that’s a serious steal.

More of a beige buffet connoisseur? No worries, you’re in good company. Asda has a 3 for £4 deal on tons of tasty frozen party foods that go beyond the usual suspects. Choose from cheese sticks , sausage rolls (a must), halloumi fries (because yum), burrito bites, prawn toast and burger balls.

No matter where you choose to tune in, you’ll need some half time refreshments too, obviously. Luckily, Asda’s got you covered with sweet deals on drinks and snacks. Bags of Doritos or a Pringles sharing crips are just £1.50, and get 8 cans of Coca Cola, Diet Coke or Coke Zero for £4.25 (or mix and match with any 2 for just £7).

This summer, it’s all about having the best of both worlds. Don't ditch the celebrations just because you want to save some cash. Keep all the good stuff - the food, the drinks, and the people you love - and ditch the hefty price tag by bringing the party to you with Asda's unbeatable offers. Check out the full range when shopping in store or online.
