Imagine being able to call yourself a 32-year-old retiree. You might envision yourself laying on a beach under a palm tree somewhere, while waiters keep you on a constant flow of cocktails as you really get into your relaxation. That sounds bloody lovely, sure, but that’s not what Melissa Wu is doing. Instead, she’s devoted her life to helping others achieve their best.

Now, we’ll clear something up. Melissa Wu is a retired professional diver, with several medals to her name. Now, she works as a strength trainer and a gym owner. And she really froths it.

But, you can imagine, running a business all by yourself — even if you’re a literal pro athlete — is no easy feat. So, Melissa turns to her Dell AI PC, which essentially operates as her in-gym assistant. And, with all its incredible capabilities, there might be no one better for the job.

Take how she trains her clients, for example. Her gym is decked out with huge monitors that she uses to visually point out places for improvement or how to correct posture in certain exercises. With the combination of her Dell AI PC’s high-quality camera, powerful Intel® Core™ Ultra processor and super-fast WiFi capabilities, she’s able to record her client’s exercises and play them on the big screens with Recall, allowing for more accurate guidance and mentorship. Her computer’s not just helping her, it’s helping the everyday people who come through her gym be the best they can be.

Mel’s work doesn’t stop when she leaves the gym. She’s got to make sure she’s setting herself up for success for the week by organising and planning training routines. But, that doesn’t mean she can’t treat herself while she does it. Luckily, her Dell AI PC is able to handle any task she needs, even while on the go.

“If I get a chance to get out and treat myself, I do it,” Mel says.

“I’m putting the final touches on a training programme for one of my clients. It’s tailored to every individual, but sometimes I hit a mental block, and that’s where Dell AI PC’s Copilot integration comes to the rescue.”
