A married couple who embraced 'bedroom divorce' are telling all about life with separate bedrooms - including what it's done for their sex life.
If you're unfamiliar with the term, 'bedroom divorce', the relationship trend simply refers to couples who stay together but no longer share a bed or bedroom.
While it might sound like something only couples on the rocks would try, 'bedroom divorce' is actually a lot more common than many people realise. In fact, some of your favourite celebrities swear by it.
While we can't quiz Cameron Diaz or Kaley Cuoco about the ins and outs of their sleeping arrangements, one married couple are more than happy to spill the beans on 'bedroom divorce' life.

Casia, 36, and husband Cosmo, 47, who have been married for eight years, had always shared a bedroom.
But last year when perimenopause increased Casia's sleep sensitivity 'by a landfall', they agreed to try sleeping in different rooms to help her get some rest.
Casia admitted that Cosmo 'wasn't super stoked about the idea at first', but was happy to try it out for his wife's mental and physical wellness, after a lack of sleep had turned her into 'a walking zombie'.
But quickly, the couple, hailing from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, realised they loved their new arrangement.
"We realised how beneficial it was for us to have our own spaces, and officially declared our separate rooms," Casia shared.
"It became a gift to our marriage - it's improved our sleeping by a lot, and I'm confident we won't be going back."
And as for the burning question that's on everyone's minds, Casia says: "We still have sex every day - and now the sex is better because I'm not stressing about bedtime. He just goes to his room after!"
She said: "Previously we would either hang out in the living room together or go into our bedroom together.
"Whether in the living room or otherwise, so its not like he now really has to come looking for me, or I him.

"I say 'wanna makeout?' or he says 'do you wanna go into your bedroom?'."
As well as keeping their sex life alive, and maybe even improving it, 'bedroom divorce' has been a great opportunity for Cosmo and Casia to make their bedrooms their own private space.
While Casia converted her room into a 'femme lacy pink palace', Cosmo loves to focus on his 'morning practice' first thing each day and 'spending that time by himself'.
She shared: "And we're both excited not to have to ask permission to decorate the rooms how we want."
Since sharing the details of their bedroom arrangement online, Cosmo and Casia have been hit with comments from trolls accusing them of being in 'pre-divorce'.
Slamming those comments, Casia argued: "I got married because I wanted to. Having been divorced before, I chose that also because I wanted to. If I wasn't happy in marriage, I would leave.
"I got married to my husband because he is committed to a life of loving and supporting each other, not pigeon-holed into a concept that I belong to him and therefore I must sleep beside him."
She added: "Also the comment implies that sleeping in separate beds is the end of our intimate relationship."
In case it wasn't clear, Casia stated proudly for all her haters: "I have no interest in stopping my erotic relationship with [Cosmo] as he is an exceptional lover and always prioritises my heart and my pleasure.
"I will reiterate: there are other problems going on if your partner doesn't want to engage erotically with you. Separate bedrooms is not the reason.
"If people want to f***, they will find a way!"
Beautifully put.
