A married couple who go on several spicy cruises a year have revealed some of the rules guests must obey when entering the ship's infamous playroom.

Bella and Jase are high school sweethearts but for more than 10 years, they've been in an open marriage and even post on social media about what life is really like swingers.

Several times a year, the content creators welcome guests on sensual spicy cruises with Bliss Cruise, on board Royal Caribbean's Symphony of the Seas.

The couple have been posting behind the scenes content from their most recent Bliss cruise, from trips to the ship's playroom to the entertainment provided each evening.

In one clip, shared to social media, Jase lifted the lid on what goes on in the evenings on the erotic excursion, providing interesting insight into one of the cruise's main features.

If, when you hear the word playroom, you're not sure exactly what it actually means, prepare to be enlightened.

"Have you ever wondered what the nighttime entertainment looks like on an adults only spice cruise? Well I'm going to show you," Jase said in the most recent video.

"Night two actually starts off with another quick walk through the playroom. As you can see, the theme changes every single night, it was a gold night this night so they had a different colour lighting."

In the video, you can see the room has been adorned with lines of four poster beds, all of which have sheer curtains that can be drawn to provide a certain level of privacy.

Now, it doesn't take a genius to figure out what a boat full of swingers might get up to, but we'll leave that to your imagination.

And, as it turns out, the playroom comes with quite a comprehensive set of rules, which can be seen as Jase goes into the playroom, thanks to a poster attached to the doors as you enter the adult space.

The Star Lounge, which appears to be the official name for the room, is for couples only and is specific when it comes to dress wear.

While many cruise restaurants ban swimwear and shorts, instead opting for formal wear, the playroom is quite the opposite.

Swingers are expected to wear lingerie or boxer shorts and robes and strictly no street clothes are allowed in the room.

In fact, the sign says street clothes should be placed in bags before entering the room.
