A 'creepy' receptionist at a Benidorm hotel sent a mum-of-one 'uncomfortable' messages on OnlyFans, before stealing a thong from her hotel room.

Rara Armstrong, 39, was left feeling 'uncomfortable' on her holiday in Benidorm, after a member of hotel staff tried to make advances on her the entire time.

The mum-of-one and OnlyFans creator took her 11-year-old son with her to the Ambassador Playa II hotel, but was left mortified after a receptionist behaved beyond inappropriately.

When she arrived at the hotel she had booked through LoveHolidays, she was confused to find that the key she had been given wasn't working.

When she went down to reception to confront the problem, she was greeted by a man who worked on the desk, who didn't waste any time asking for her number and if he could take her out.

After hard-passing on his unprofessional offer, she noticed hours later that the man had used her booking details to find her OnlyFans account and subscribe.

Not only this, but he sent her 'harassing' messages, leaving her feeling unsafe in the hotel she had paid to stay at.

After being caught out, the staff member pleaded with Rara not to let the hotel know about his actions.

In a message on the platform, he said: "Please don't say anything...will not bother you...just wanted to see you for a meeting coffee or something, not more, trust me."

She told him to leave her alone after a series of messages, which he ended saying: "I am deciding person and not stalker, just wanted to feel how is meeting with a star."

On the final night of her holiday, she came back to her room after dinner to find a bottle of Prosecco that the staff member had dropped off.

She said: "I thought 'what the hell?' So I messaged him on my OnlyFans and said 'did you just drop some wine off in my room?'

"He said 'Yeah, I just wanted to say sorry for upsetting you'.

"I stupidly thought 'OK, fair enough'."

When they headed back out for the evening, she set up her son's iPad to capture if the man had been back inside the room.

And to her shock and horror, he had returned just 15 minutes later.

The man was seen was seen snooping through her things, before grabbing one of her thongs, sniffing it and pocketing it.

She said: "It made me feel horrible, I felt so violated.

"It was crazy. I wasn't expecting something like that."

LoveHolidays apologised to Rara, ensuring that the man had been fired immediately.

However, they are refusing to refund any of her holiday as she failed to report the incident to them or police before returning home.

A Loveholidays spokesperson said: “We are very sorry to hear of Ms Armstrong’s experience while on holiday.

"Unfortunately we were not made aware of the incident while she was on holiday, so we were unable to provide her with support or advice on making a police report during her stay.

"We have fully investigated the issue with the hotel and are confident the appropriate action has been taken to ensure this does not happen again.”
