Why are people taking testosterone?
According to the NHS, testosterone is a hormone that affects the growth of body hair, muscle, and bone. It can also have an impact on libido.
Similarly to the menopause, men also undergo a hormonal shift after the age of around 40, and telltale signs of low testosterone include the following: mood swings, lack of energy, poor concentration, low libido, and loss of muscle mass.

Although natural testosterone boosters won't perform miracles, they can be a good way to keep your levels steady, especially if you're over 30.
So how does it work? Nutritionist Penny Weston tells LADbible: "Their blend includes key ingredients like ashwagandha, which has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries to help reduce stress and support hormone balance.
"You’ve also got magnesium and vitamin B6, which work together to support energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue.
"Zinc is another important one as it plays a vital role in testosterone production, which can help support a healthy sex drive.
"What I like about this formula is that it’s built on well-researched, natural ingredients that support the body in multiple ways, not just a quick fix, but something that contributes to overall vitality and wellbeing."
