I have so much respect for the people who become so uncomfortable with their body that they go out and make a change.
They don't whinge, they don't feel like they're owed anything, they go out, put in work, and graft for results.

When undergoing certain changes, however, your entire appearance can change.
Take this lad, for example. Hadi left Indonesia for three years to study in London, and during his time in England's capital, he lost a dizzying 20kg.
After his weight loss he became almost unrecognisable. Noticing this himself, he decided that upon his return home, when seeing his family in person for the first time in three years, that he'd surprise them.
Meeting up with his brothers, he gets them to organise a meal with their mum and dad.

Sitting on another table, he waits for his parents to spot that it's him. At first his mum notices the similarities to who she thinks is a stranger, and her son. Whereas his dad doesn't recognise him at all.
Both their reactions upon realising it's him are brilliant.
A very impressive transformation indeed. What's more impressive is the time it took his dad to realise it was him.
