Donald Trump apparently asked a foreign policy expert why he can't use nuclear weapons, according to MSNBC's Joe Scarborough.
Of course he did. This is a man who was recently photographed eating a KFC bucket meal with a knife and fork.

Scarborough got the info from an unnamed source who said he had talked to Republican presidential nominee.
"Several months ago, a foreign policy expert on the international level went to advise Donald Trump. And three times [Trump] asked about the use of nuclear weapons. Three times he asked at one point if we had them why can't we use them," the anchor said on his 'Morning Joe' show.
Scarborough made the revelation during an interview with former Director of Central Intelligence and ex-National Security Agency Director Michael Hayden.
"It's scenario dependent, but the system is designed for speed and decisiveness. It's not designed to debate the decision," Hayden said, when asked how fast nukes could be deployed by a potential President Trump.

I've got a bread knife. It's never occured to me that I could use it against someone just like that. Maybe I might when I get home.
Joking. See you soon, Parker.
