Parody News Reporter Jonathan Pie Perfectly Sums Up Absurdity Of Entire EU Debate

Which way will you vote?

We're just two days away from the EU referendum on whether the United Kingdom leaves or remains part of the European Union.

Despite months and months and months of campaigning, live television debates, Question Time specials and just about every other celebrity in popular culture sticking their oar in, no one really has any clue whether it's better to leave or remain.

The campaigns have been based upon lies, exaggerated figures and economic projections no one can actually verify and it has left the nation confused.

Do you trust Nigel Farage whose entire political mandate for his whole career has been: "We need to leave the EU."? Or do we trust our ever-so-trustworthy Prime Minister David Cameron who is effectively fighting for his job (or so the Leave campaign would have us believe)?

The whole thing has been a mess and no one sums it up better than parody reporter Jonathan Pie (played by comedian Tom Walker) in this, the most epic of rants at the whole EU debate.

If you want to get straight to it, skip to around the 4.30 mark, if not, just enjoy...

I like the mention of TTIP, something that's been totally ignored by the media in the build up to the vote but has a huge baring on public services. The Independent ran a good article on what TTIP is.

Hats off to Jonathan Pie for summing up how ludicrous this whole EU debate has been.

Has it helped you decide which way you're going to vote?
