The days are longer, the skies are blue, the sun has returned - is anyone else feeling all sorts of pre-summer tingles right now? Next thing you know and it'll be time to head to your favourite summer festival, you'll be getting those crusty wellies out of the cupboard and doing a customary panicked big shop at the last minute.

With festival season fast approaching, LADbible - alongside Strongbow - wanted to get in there early and celebrate some of your finest memories from these green and pleasant lands (read: glorified swamps).

These are moments where you or your mates have done something worthy of festival folklore - and the type of things we'll be helping bring to life at Isle of Wight Festival this summer (full details here, LADS).

Step forward Fred Rawicz - whose 'Uptown Funk' freestyle last year not only won him a bevvy of admirers at a festival, but also ensured his viral status.

You've probably seen a hundred types of these videos, someone dancing along to a track, performing some questionable moves. It's all a part of the experience, really - it just wouldn't be a festival without someone mindlessly waving their arms about, would it?

This is kind of like that, only, weirdly, Fred's got some pretty slick moves. And all that popping, shuffling and spinning, propelled him to relative Internet fame.

Fred seized his opportunity to have a quick boogie to that Bruno Mars banger - which he claims is 'his song' - making an epic entrance to the makeshift dancefloor like he'd done it a million times before.

"I guess I've always been a bit of a dancer. I've always wanted to entertain people and make them laugh, and I guess dancing sort of just came from that you know," Fred told LADbible. "I mean obviously, I like to dance when I'm out with my mates and that, but most of it is just impromptu and just in the moment."

His impromptu routine gathered a small crowd that woo'd and cheered him on. It was filmed on his friend's mobile, and all of a sudden, it went viral.

The video pretty much encapsulates the true vibes of the festival season. Having a laugh, forgetting all the troubles and boundaries real life throws at you, and generally being totally carefree for a few days.

"In the last four or five years, I've really wanted to go to as many festivals as possible, and I really tried to go to at least one each summer," he continued. "Last summer I managed to go to three festivals, and that was honestly one of the best summers that I've had in my life.

"I love everything that comes with festivals. Just chilling out with your mates and seeing the best there is to offer in music is just the best thing ever."

After realising he was being videoed, Fred decided to go on for the good of film, but had no idea that it'd gain so much attention at the festival, let alone the internet.

"I literally just turned to my mate and said: ''This is my jam man' and I just started dancing in front of him," he said. "I had no idea that many people were watching me they just accumulated around me.

"The crowd just kept on growing and more and more people were just cheering me on, and I knew I had to keep going. There's a moment that you can see in the video where I'm nearly just like 'okay, nah, I'm done', but I decided to just whack out the splits."

All in all, Fred thinks, and we agree too, that videos like this from festivals going viral is a good thing. It shows people how much fun can really be had at them, and that it's not just about the music, but also the camaraderie.

On seeing his moves go viral, Fred told LADbible: "To see this video of me dancing and go viral is honestly mad. I had no idea that it would get this big.

"Ever since its happened, my message requests on Facebook have been endless. There was a point where I was getting at least 20-40 messages a day from just complete strangers, all telling me the same thing which was just how happy the video had made them feel, and how it has always put a smile on people's faces."

He continued: "I really had no idea that such a simple, fun little video would cause all these people to tell me about how happy they were that they had seen it. That for me was the craziest part of all of this, but also the best part. I love responding to all these people when I can, and just telling them how nice it is to hear from them.

"It's honestly just the craziest thing, man."

A round of applause to him, this is what it's all about.
