You can see why.

Halloween is an odd time of year. It manages to split the entire world; you either love it or you hate it, there's no in between. Kind of like Marmite, but let's not get into that now.

For those that hate it, they usually spend their time being dragged around a night club wearing a plain white T-shirt that they have ripped and splashed with fake blood. For those that love it, they put effort into their costumes, playing up to every theme that's thrown their way, like buying only Zombie cocktails and Bloody Marys.

Sydney Presley is a person who goes further than anyone else though, putting mad amounts of effort into her costumes. She makes them herself every year, and genuinely puts some shop-bought outfits to shame.

She makes all of the costumes on a small budget, hustling pocket change off her family members, according to BuzzFeed.

She usually maintains the theme of Mexican goods, one year going as pan dulce, or Mexican sweet bread, Duros and Takis. She even made a costume for her dog, which is great.

For some reason her and her dog lost a competition they entered in to, which is odd, because dogs should win everything.

Sydney has a lot of fans across Twitter and Instagram due to her creativity skills, and you can see why, she goes the extra mile.

"I'm a B on a budget and a cheapskate, so that's part of why I make my own costumes every year," she told BuzzFeed. "It's a fun way to hustle your family for their pocket change."

Standby for this year's costume.
