Most of us enjoy a beer or glass of white to wind down at the end of a long day. Others, not so much.
Ella Ruby, 19, prefers a glass of vinegar. Lots of glasses. Two bottles of the stuff weekly to be precise.
Her habit was first made known by Paddy McGuinness on ITV dating show Take Me Out, just prior to her securing a date with contestant David, who obviously saw past it.

"I can't even remember when I started drinking vinegar," Ella said. "I must've been really young, I've drunk it for as long as I remember.

"I used to nick vinegar sachets from cafes and restaurants and slip them into my bag. Once I was round my nan's and I got them out and started drinking them - she had a right go at me, she said it would burn my stomach lining."

Ella doesn't care about the haters. She loves the "burn in her chest" too much.
She makes some attempts to moderate it, though. She won't just neck a pint of it, preferring instead to consume her malt and apple cider tipple through a straw.
The particular condiment she drinks can apparently assist weight loss and Ella claims to have lost three stone through drinking it.
Still, nutritionists have warned her that the acidic component of the condiment could fuck up her teeth, among other things. "It won't stop me though," she says. "I can never get enough vinegar."

Ella has since moved on from David following her trip to Fernandos. She is supposedly dating the brother of another contestant, who is also dating her mate - or something. Just in case you hadn't already heard.
