Aldi Has Perfect Response To Customer Who Pointed Out Rude Detail On Peppa Pig Lolly

You'll never look at Peppa Pig in the same way again

Aldi has given the perfect response to a customer who pointed out a rather NSFW detail on one of its Peppa Pig ice lollies.

What with the cartoon brand being family friendly and all, a shopper named Keith Bean was left shocked when he discovered one of the ice creams had an X-rated flaw.

We don’t need to tell you that it looks like Peppa has a penis:

Keith certainly saw the funny side, sharing the hilarious gaffe on Twitter with the caption: “@AldiUK i was very happy to see these in your supermarket, but perhaps not as happy as Peppa is….”

And it didn’t take long for the budget supermarket to take note, responding to the tweet with the following message: “Keith that is an ARM.”

Don’t worry Keith - we see it too.

The amusing tweet has since gone viral, receiving over 20k likes, 2k retweets and hundreds of comments from the online community.

“That's more bacon than I was expecting,” quipped one user, while another said: “Arm or not, that’s pure nightmare fuel right there.”

A third joked: "Keith is just referring to Peppa's huge smile, no idea what her arm has to do with it?!"

Another shared their own experience with this particular ice cream, writing: “I bought these and had to lie to my daughter about why I was having a little chuckle to myself… oh ice cream tickles my throat.”

Other brands also got involved in the joke, including Specsavers who said: “Doesn't look like one to us.” Nice.

Vodafone chimed in: “Slight miscommunication with the ice cream designer about which external ligaments or organs to include?”

You’ve got to love the banter - it’s the British way.

And since Peppa Pig’s innocence has already been ruined today, we might as well mention this dark fan theory offered by an expert in this field, Wattpad writer animegeek00. Warning: it's very grim.

According to their theory, all of the Peppa Pig characters are reincarnated dead people, from a schizophrenic Grandma Pig to a euthanised Peppa Pig - told you it was dark.

"Peppa was never a healthy child. She was usually ill and spent her short life in a hospital bed. One night, Peppa's parents decided it would be best if they euthanised her," they wrote.

"So that night, Peppa fell asleep and she was injected with a poison thus killing her. This causes Peppa to want to be a fairy as her last dream was about fairies."

The writer goes on to suggest that Peppa's parents couldn't deal with the guilt of killing their child, so one day, after months of

George asking where his sister had gone, Daddy Pig snapped and stabbed himself, Mummy Pig and George to death.

It gets worse.

"Grandma pig is schizophrenic and is also taking multiple drugs," explained animegeek00.

"All of the characters of Peppa Pig are all of her loved ones. Grandma Pig is a widow, in grief and fully alone. So, her schizophrenia took over and transported her to a world where her loved ones are alive and well.

"She told her one and only friend, Patrik, who was mostly out and about with show biz. Because of this, he is Mr.Potato.

"When Grandma Pig died (much like Mummy Sheep), Patrik went to Nickelodeon and thus Peppa Pig was made into a show," they concluded.

So, what evidence does animegeek00 have to back up this story? None whatsoever. But even so, it’s an interesting theory, one that will no doubt ruin childhoods everywhere.
