Adele Has Lost So Much Weight A TV Host Didn't Recognise Her

Adele looked 'unrecognisable' when she took to the Oscars afterparty following the 92nd Academy Awards on Sunday night.

The Hollywood party was attended by plenty of celebrities, but the Grammy-winning singer made people double take as she wowed guests with her new look at the event.

Polish TV presenter Kinga Rusin shared an image of her and Adele at the party.

She captioned her picture saying she 'didn't recognise' Adele because of the singer's seven stone weight loss.

She wrote: "At Beyoncé and Jay Z's private party yesterday I talked to Adele about... shoes.

"Only about 200 people [were invited], in a small club space, with the best music, with a ban on taking pictures (the above is a post-party exception).

"[The evening] started with a conversation with Adele about my high heels (she urged the benefits of the slippers she had on her feet). Honestly, I didn't recognise her because she is thin now as a comma!"

Adele was also pictured away with Harry Styles in Anguilla over Christmas, when she shared details about her weight loss journey with a fan.

Seeing as she looked stunning, the topic came up in conversation with another diner, who told People about their conversation.

Lexi Larson, 19, from Massachusetts, also almost didn't recognise Adele at first due to her weight loss. But when she and some friends went into Blanchards Restaurant and Beach Shack, they were shocked when they noticed Harry Styles at a table.

Speaking to the news outlet, she said: "A few minutes later, Adele came over and sat down next to me and my friend and was like, 'So what can I do for you girls?'

"We were so excited. We were talking to her for a little while, and then she got Harry Styles to come over and sit with us also. We took a picture with Harry, and we talked to them for 15 minutes probably."

Lexi added: "They were more asking us questions. It was a really positive experience. It was really cool.

"She said she lost something like 100 pounds, and that it's such a crazy positive experience. She seemed so happy, and she looked amazing. She seemed really confident."
