We all have that one snack in life which would soothe our stomachs even in the fiery depths of hell - it's something we would probably incorporate into our death row meal and it's what we yearn for as soon as hunger strikes.

Unfortunately for Steve-O, the treat which tantalises his taste buds the most isn't readily available on his side of the pond.

They don't tell you that our most beloved British snacks don't line the aisles of US supermarkets when you're buying into the American Dream, do they?

So, as the Jackass star is 'helplessly addicted' to this delectable snack but struggles to get his hands on them, he decided to get a tattoo on his leg dedicated to the scran instead - as you do.

During an appearance in 2022 on the YouTube series Snacked, which is produced by First We Feast, the stuntman discussed his favourite things to pile in the shopping trolley for a serious snack fest.

So if you're ever trying to schmooze Steve-O, take note - he likes nibbling on Quest Peanut Butter Cups, Reeses, tuna with dressing, Barebells protein bars, doughnuts and Butterfinger candy bars.

Although he counts these as his 'guilty pleasures', the 49-year-old has much more intense feelings towards another snack which a lot of us Brits barely even bat an eyelid at.

Incase you've forgotten, Steve-O was born in Wimbledon, London, and spent various chunks of his childhood and teen years in the UK - so he's well accustomed to our range of cuisine.

Even though he's lived in the likes of Brazil, Toronto, Miami, Venezuela and Uganda, nothing he has eaten has ever come close to the elation he feels while chowing down on some Monster Munch crisp.

Introducing fans to his favourite snack, he said: "I cannot overstate its importance to me in my life. You can only get it in England and it's called pickled onion Monster Munch. This stuff is so weird and so delicious."

He then managed to promptly polish off two bags of the claw-shaped corn snacks, before continuing between crunches, saying: "You can't compare it to anything - it doesn't even remotely remind me of anything.

"I made a regular habit when on connecting flights through London to leave the airport and go and just wipe out gas stations and convenience stores.

"One time, I said f**k it and I flew to England to go eat it. I really just kind of blacked out on that one man."

Steve-O then sat down for an episode of Mythical Kitchen’s Last Meal last year, where he explained he was so obsessed with pickled onion Monster Munch that he would have them as his final meal on this earth.

While discussing how he 'loved this stuff so much', he suddenly stood on top of his chair, undid his trousers and dropped them to show off the tattoo on his thigh which he got in tribute to his favourite snack.

You know that weird-looking one-eyed yellow monster with a huge toothy grin? Yeah, that.

The comedic entertainer added: "I'm not kidding, if I lived in England where this was available, I would be really overweight."

Steve-O went on to advise Walkers to 'make the flavouring more consistent' in bags of pickled onion Monster Munch, saying that it would 'mean a lot' to him.
