Company Is Offering £15/Hour To Watch Porn From Comfort Of Your Own Home

Applicants for the ‘Head of Porn Research’ role just need to be aged 21 or over to go for the ‘dream role’

Normally, watching porn while on the clock would be fairly frowned upon – even though five percent of Brits recently admitted to using work-supplied devices to watch adult film.

But one company wants you to do just that, offering up a unique new role that allows you to literally get paid to watch porn.

Bedbible wants to pay one lucky person $20 (£15) an hour to ‘watch online pornographic videos’ and ‘gather information and data points’ on certain topics, such as sex positions, duration, number of orgasms, male vs female ratio, hair colour distribution and language distribution.

The data will then be used to conduct an ‘in-depth report about tendencies/statistics in porn videos’, Bedbible.com says.

A job ad reads: “Want to get paid to watch porn? Then Bedbible.com has the perfect job for you. We are taking a deep-dive into the ins and outs of porn. And we need your help to do this!”

Applicants for the ‘Head of Porn Research’ role just need to be aged 21 or over to go for the ‘dream role’, and as the position is ‘100% remote’ it doesn’t matter whereabouts in the world you are.

Simply head to the online form on the Bedbible.com website, where you’ll be asked to provide a few simple details like name, email and current employment status, as well as explaining why you should be picked and why you applied.

Edwina Caito, Head Content Creator at Bedbible, said: “Pornography is a billion-pound industry around the world, so we came up with the idea of learning more through real-life examples.

“We chose to explore the most common sex positions in the top 100 most viewed videos to create a fair representation of people’s porn preferences.

“We’re sure we’ll learn some interesting statistics from our research such as what types of roleplay the actors have, number of orgasms, and any fetishes covered.”

Perhaps those Brits who admitted to watching porn on their work laptop could put their evident skills to good use, after five percent fessed up in a recent survey of 2,000 people by IT support company Totality Services.

The company looked at what people are using their work-issued devices for, and found that, of those who said they watched porn on a work-supplied device, around one-third said they watched it for two to four hours of their work day – while a somewhat unfathomable 20 percent said they watched X-rated content for between four and eight hours a day.

Alongside those who are streaming porn, 17 percent of people admitted to browsing social media and 15 percent said they instant messaged their pals.

Meanwhile, eight percent of people have used their work computer for gaming and 11 percent have indulged in a bit of online shopping, 10 percent said they streamed film or TV – of the non-porn variety – and five percent confessed to gambling, including betting, playing the lottery on or playing online bingo.
