The latest batch of Epstein files released contains a message which is claimed to have been sent from Balmoral and asks Ghislaine Maxwell for some 'inappropriate friends'.
The US Department of Justice was supposed to be releasing all remaining files it had pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein by 19 December at the latest, but it has instead released several batches of files since then.
More files were released today (23 December) and among them is an email from someone calling themselves 'The Invisible Man' to Ghislaine Maxwell, which says it was sent from the royal residence of Balmoral.
This email, sent from an account called [email protected], was sent on the morning of 16 August, 2001, and is signed 'A xxx'.

They wrote: "I am up here at Balmoral Summer Camp for the Royal Family.

"Activities take place all day and I am totally exhausted at the end of each day. The Girls are completely shattered and I will have to give them an early night today as it is getting tiring splitting them up all the time!
"How's LA? Have you found me some new inappropriate friends? Let me know when you are coming over as I am free from 25th August until 2nd Sept and want to go somewhere hot and sunny with some fun people before having to put my nose firmly to the grindstone for the Fall.
"Any ideas gratefully received!
"See ya A xxx."
Maxwell, Epstein's associate and then-girlfriend, replied: "So sorry to disappoint you, however the truth must be told. I have only been able to find appropriate friends. Kisses Gx."

This 'A' individual said they were 'distraught' to hear this and also said they were upset because their valet who 'had been with me since I was two' had just died.
The identity of the person naming themselves 'The Invisible Man' is not verified or made clear from the contents of the email or the rest of the Epstein files.
Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022 for conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts and sex trafficking of a minor in connection with Jeffrey Epstein.
Epstein was found dead in his cell in 2019.
Other documents from the latest release of the Epstein files include claims that current US President Donald Trump was 'listed as a passenger on at least eight flights between 1993 and 1996' on Epstein's private jet.
The US Department of Justice has claimed that 'untrue and sensationalist claims' about Trump are included in the latest releases.
