Bloody Hell, Jezza, You've Gone Too Far This Time

Bloody Hell, Jezza, You've Gone Too Far This Time

A lot of people are very angry.

When I first read this story, I was outraged. In no circumstances, EVER, should you tell someone to kill themselves. End of story.

Jeremy Kyle dropped himself right in it this morning when a show aired on ITV and featured him telling a drug user to 'kill himself'.

Here's the video so you can judge for yourself:

Michael appeared on the show to take a drug test to prove he was clean since 2012. Sadly, it wasn't the case. He admitted taking cocaine, liquid methadone and other substances.

However, rather than feeling remorse, Michael appeared cocky and asked Jeremy if he would mind if he 'racked up a line' in the studio's toilets.

Jezza replied: "Go ahead, mate. Get lost. Do one. Kill yourself. Put something inside you that actually decides that - do one!"

I have to point out that this particular comment can be taken two ways.

If you watch the video, it seems like it is taken out of context and that Jeremy is simply implying that the drugs will kill him. Not the best choice of words, granted. But Twitter KICKED. OFF.

Suicide isn't a matter that should be taken flippantly.

Here at TheLADbible, we're trying to get more lads talking about suicide and mental health. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.
