Fans of Terry's Chocolate Orange, we've got some good news for you - Cadbury is bringing back its limited edition Twirl Orange in the UK.

That's two tasty chocolate sticks (or three, if you're this guy) wrapped in Cadbury milk chocolate and infused with a delicious orange essence. So good, one customer described it as "better than Terry's Chocolate Orange".

The original Twirl Orange was launched in 2019 and went on to be in such high demand that some people claimed it was all just an urban legend (FYI, it was not).

As such, the company is giving fans the chance to get their hands on the sought-after treat before it's available in shops.

The sale, which marks Cadbury's first ever online pre-sale of a chocolate bar, will be held on their UK Twitter page at 12pm, August 18 and August 20, on a first come first serve basis.

To be in with a chance of bagging one of the 5,000 bars on offer, all you need to do is tweet @CadburyUK with the hashtag #TwirlOrangePresale to enter.

If you make it in time, you'll be sent a unique single use redemption code with a link where you can pay 69p for the bar and it'll be posted to you alongside some surprise Twirl Orange collectibles.

If you don't have Twitter or you just don't want to enter, not to worry, as the bars will be in stores across the UK from mid-September.

Thankfully this time round Cadbury is producing more to feed demand, although we still have an inkling they'll be selling out fast.

Sourcing them last year proved to be a bit of a challenge, so much so that people were flogging them for hundreds of pounds on eBay. One person even sold a box of them for £700 - yes there were 240 bars, but that's £2.92 each, a hefty increase on the 65p RRP.

At the time, a spokesperson from Cadbury opened up to The Sun about the popularity of its limited edition bar, stating: "The reaction to the launch of Cadbury Twirl Orange has been incredible and the product is in very high demand."

So yes, something tells us the new launch is going to go down a treat with chocoholics. But this time you're prepared, plus Cadbury is giving you a head start with its pre-sale.

So maybe hang onto your cash before you spend it all on eBay this time, eh?
