Guys, we finally have some good for news - Marks & Spencer has released Percy Pig ice cream.

The ice cream is raspberry and grape flavour and is packed with strawberry marshmallows as well as a ripple of fruity sauce. I'm going to need 100 tubs of this, please.

The brand-new treat will set you back £3 for a 453g tub and is on sale now.

Announcing the very welcome news M&S said: "Four words: Percy. Pig. Ice. Cream. Yep, you heard right. Percy-flavoured ice cream, with a ripple of fruit sauce and chewy strawberry marshmallows (£3 a tub).

"And yes, it's suitable for vegetarians, too. Find in store when you're next shopping for your essentials."

April Preston, director of product development, said: "Customers have been asking us for a Percy Pig ice-cream for a long time now, so we're very pleased to be able introduce one at a time when we could all use a little pick me up.

"Percy Pig is loved by so many, so when we develop a new Percy product, we have to ensure every element of the flavour and texture is synonymous with what our loyal fans expect.

"This velvety smooth ice-cream gives that famous Percy Pig flavour, combined with the soft chewy texture of marshmallow. I love two scoops with an extra sprinkling of mini marshmallows on top and a good rom-com."

As you can probably imagine, fans of Percy were delighted with the news, with one person posting: "Oh my word. I love Percy Pigs, this is a dream. Will definitely get this when it's safe for me to travel to my closest M&S."

A second wrote: "This has made my day! Can't wait to get some! Will go perfectly with my Percy Pig Dessert Sauce and some Percy Pigs for decoration."

Another added: "Shut up and take my money." Indeed.
