'Biohacking' couple reveal daily routine they do in the hopes of living to 150 years old

Kayla Barnes-Lentz has shared the daily routine that both her and husband Warren follow to ensure that they can live longer

A 'biohacking' couple have vowed to do whatever is necessary in order to live as long as possible, and it's reflected in their routines.

The American fitness nuts are laser-focused on maintaining the healthiest possible lifestyle to ensure that they live the longest lives ever, sharing their rigid, specific day-to-day life with social media followers.

Kayla Barnes-Lentz, from Cleveland, is the co-owner of LYV the Wellness Space, a 'longevity clinic' while also hosting the Longevity Optimisation Podcast.

The 33-year-old explains in her YouTube bio that she is dedicated 'to the pursuit of preventive and regenerative methodologies aimed at optimising female human health'.

Her husband, Warren Lentz, 36, works in a marketing agency and the pair tied the knot after just nine months together. If you know, you know and all that.

Well, if you know that your partner is biologically compatible and physically fit, that is.

While many other couples would profess their love for one another and think about how it will be like to live with one another forever, Kayla made Warren undergo a number of physical tests before making it official, according to The Independent.

Kayla, a biohacking expert, keeps her partner in check by making sure that he follows a strict daily routine like she does, as their goal of living to 150 is almost double the age of the average American, which is just 76.

To kick off their day they start by 'optimising our mind and body', as the couple use a clinical-grade device to carry out Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy... as we all do.

Kayla and Warren then go for a workout and walk in the sun as soon as it's risen - fair enough, quite normal here.

They have an organic homemade breakfast, and then after a similarly healthy lunch, they take a plunge into some cold water before putting themselves in a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber.

These are said to repair cell damage, which helps with recovery, injuries and overall health.

The happy couple could then start to 'wind down' by going for a walk in the neighbourhood, followed by a sauna session together before bedtime at 9pm.

It's an incredibly strict regime to follow every single day, but Kayla admitted that she has been getting her body in the best shape 'in preparation for motherhood', as she has been working at it for years and even knows how she will bring their child up, once they arrive.

The entepreneur explained: “We will try and simplify their lives and focus on no screen time, playing outdoors, getting dirty, being in nature and the sun,

“I am excited to teach them the beauty and power of well-grown food and how it can make them feel incredible. We want to empower them to make the right choices and lead by example."
