Man who tried 182 drugs explained sad reason why he decided to take them all

He's shared his expertise in a 'drug bible'

A man who tried 182 different drugs has revealed the sad reason why he decided to take them all in a YouTube explainer.

Dominic Milton Trott certainly isn't lacking in experience when it comes to illegal substances, so much so that he's put together a drug-users bible documenting his relationship with over 100 types, sharing how to use them safely as well as giving warnings on which ones to avoid.

He's previously opened up about the only one he'd never do, sharing the terrifying and potentially deadly reason why he refuses it, which given his overall attitude towards opiates and narcotics, suggests that it's one that we should all stay away from.

As you'd expect, Mr Trott has had plenty of traumatic experiences in his time doing drugs but he's also keen to educate those who do decide to take them on how to do it safely, as we've seen so many examples throughout history of people becoming addicted and ending up in hospital, or worse.

If you ever wanted a YouTube video to come with a 'do not try this at home' warning, then it would be the one where he explains his seemingly scientific reasoning for wanting to try so many different kinds.

He says: "It was during the research for that particular adventure. Obviously the forums and the social media platforms. It was hard to miss the fact that posters would occasionally just disappear off the radar. They'd made a mistake and they had died.

"That's when it started to occur to me that there is a real problem here. The problem is that people are dying of ignorance. They are dying because they are making fundamental mistakes.

"It was so obvious that this was a lack of fundamental access to safety data. If I could make something more fundamental and deeper, like a book, it might save some lives. It then became a case of what drugs are people taking? What are the popular drugs?"

So, like any proper researcher would, Mr Trott set about on trying so many different drugs, recording his experiences and ensuring that people would have access to information such as onset times, duration and proper dosages.

After all, this isn't exactly the sort of thing you're taught in school.
